Vietnamese catering in Montréal
Not a caterer that "also" does Asian. A Vietnamese family from Montréal, six counters, and a pho broth that simmers overnight.
Why us
The family's cooking, in large format
Le Petit Sao opened in 2013 on Nuns' Island with a simple idea: the bowls and banh mi we eat at home, served fast and well. Since then the family has added Pointe-Saint-Charles, Old Montréal, Old Longueuil, Brossard and the Atwater Market in summer.
Catering is the same cooking in large format. The Pho Soup Bar arrives with the broth in its pot, the noodles, beef or tofu, herbs and bean sprouts: everyone builds their bowl. The Bun Bar does the same with cold vermicelli. And the platters of sliced banh mi and spring rolls are what disappears first from the table.
Vegan, gluten-free, peanut-free: we adapt, because in a family, not everyone eats the same thing either.
