Prepared in Brossard and Longueuil
We are really based on the South Shore: SAO SAO, our Brossard counter (bring your own wine), and Le Petit Sao in Old Longueuil, opened in 2025 on rue Saint-Charles. Catering orders for the area are prepared on site, that morning, and delivered without crossing the bridge.
We serve offices around Quartier DIX30 and boulevard Taschereau, clinics and schools in Longueuil, families in Saint-Lambert and Boucherville. Christenings, birthdays, team lunches: the G Sao Buffet and the Pho Soup Bar are the two formulas people order again.

G Sao Buffet
371 $ · 15 to 20 peopleOur signature sharing formula: rolls, sliced banh mi, salad and build-your-own bowls. The one we recommend for a first party.
Bun Bar
440 $ · 15 to 20 peopleThe bún bowl bar: vermicelli, crunchy vegetables, fresh herbs and grilled proteins. Everyone builds their own bowl.
Pho Soup Bar
550 $ · 25 to 30 peopleSteaming broth brought in its pot, noodles and toppings at will. The option people talk about around the table.
